On another note, the World Bank has completed a report suggesting 750,000 people die prematurely every year as a result of pollution in China. SEPA, the wonderful government organization in charge of doing nothing about the Wuxi water problem, has demanded that the world bank suppress this information because it "could be misinterpreted" which might cause "social unrest". By social unrest, I assume they mean rational human concern. SEPA stands for the State Environmental Protection Agency.
